An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Eddie, from Custom Electric came to my home to fix some of our lights. While there, Eddie commented on the state of the wiring within my home. The home itself is over 40 years old and the wiring was the original. He recommended that I replace the sockets and switches. I found Eddie to be prompt, courteous and efficient. He gave me a quote to complete the job but when he realized the job was bigger than he first thought, called and explained the increase in the price. I would feel comfortable calling Eddie for any further electrical work and would highly recommend his services to my friends and family.
