My new furnace was blowing cold air and the company (with whom I have a contract) did not want to come out. I was cold and desperate at -15 degrees that night. Luckily I found Rob and Jamie who came and identified the problem immediately. Less than 24 hours later I was warm again. They were courteous, polite and above all very respectful of my home.
