Giancarlo responded in a timely manner, explained exactly what the job entailed and provided a very competitive quote. Part way through the job when I wanted the vent slightly shifted, Giancarlo was more than happy to oblige. He even followed up a second day to add a second coat of silicone to the exterior of our hood vent and a layer of paint to the exterior gas line-neither was needed, but he insisted on doing a job that ensure we would never have any issues moving forward.
