We recently got a new Rheem Hybrid hot water heater installed by Giancarlo and his team. He made the process seamless, with clear communication and quote, and helpful information and context around this specific technology and device. The installation went well, and the tank itself is running on the budget I'd planned on based on online information. It was also an invisible transition to our daily routine, and we are perceiving less noise from this device compared to our previous natural gas heater (its in the basement of a multi story dwelling, so we only hear it if we are in the basement). The Rheem app is decent so far, haven't played too much with the smart or scheduling features, but it has provided good visibility of operation.
