Hello, Our furnace and water heater had to be replaced, we called reliance and they sent their technician Stephen and then later on their rep Leena. Both were extremely helpful. Leena came later on in the evening and explained everything in detail. We have never had anyone like her before who so patiently explained everything in full detail. She was a great help. Overall we have been with Reliance for than 15 years and never had a problem. Thank you and employees like Leena are an asset to your company.
