Rick is incredibly thorough. We were a bit skeptical of how uniformly excellent the reviews were, but after having him inspect a home we were going to purchase we know that his reputation is well deserved. He takes his job very seriously and seems to be genuinely concerned about safety concerns. He welcomed us to follow him and ask questions while he did the inspection. He answered our questions readily and was very knowledgeable.

I strive to maintain a high ethical standard in everything I do and have to believe that those who choose to post / pay for fake reviews or engage in shady pandering to real estate agents / brokers etc, will eventually have to face the consequences.
