For the second time in the last 2 years we started getting bug bites and found a single bed bug (confirmed by PSS) in our home. In both cases we contacted PSS to come and help us out. The first thing they did a thorough inspection to determine the extent of our problem. In our case there was no further evidence of any bugs so they recommended some basic traps in an attempt to monitor the situation. They also recommended other things we could to do help ensure the problem was resolved. PSS was very good about explaining everything that they were doing, why they were doing it, etc. Really happy with their service and will call them again at the first sign of any issues.
