Initially, there was a great staff who was always present and ensured the quality of the work. Then we went through a phase of high staff turnover and the quality fluctuated. Thankfully Rute and Vanessa have consistently been delivering a great job for a few months now. I recommend Rute and Vanessas services. I recommend decluttering before they clean so that they can focus on what matters - which in my opinion is cleaning instead of tidying. Also, I recommend discussing with the team your specific expectations before each cleaning. Theres usually a third staff who rotates. Recently, one of them broke an item and did not tell me despite me being home. I reached out to the owner Joyce to explain what had happened. In summary, the staff told the owner that the item was already broken. I was not 100% satisfied with the initial response I received from the owner. I felt my text messages were not thoroughly read and my concerns dismissed. Notwithstanding, the owner did give me a discount in the amount of the full price of the item without me asking. Further exchange of messages days later cleared the air and I continue to use their services.
