I am pleased to report that our recently waterproofed basement has remained dry and warm. The rainy weather from hurricane Sandy had no impact whatsoever! I thank Burl-Oak Landscaping for their work on waterproofing our basement. I am extremely relieved to know that the problems we have been facing with our wet basement have been fixed. We recently moved into our new but old Victorian semi-detached house in Little Italy and knew we had a wet basement to deal with. We received a few quotes and made the decision to use Burl-Oak along with our neighbour who we share a common walk with. Our decision was not only based on price (approximately 15K) but the honest professionalism that was evident when we met with Lou’ay. They completed the work efficiently and effectively.
