The move of a sentimentally valuable piano from Toronto to Burlington was agreed to on the telephone. The cost quote was approx $300 for two movers and a truck. On arrival, it became apparent that a third mover was required because of a landing that made for a tight turn at the top of a stairway. The increase in the fee was approximately $200 more. The original 2 movers were both cooperative, professional and helpful. The company reports that the move has been completed but I have yet to hear from anyone at the receiving address.
