Valentin is a super nice guy, polite, arrives on time, is very thorough and is meticulous in ensuring the issue is completely resolved. He takes you through the problem, shows what he did to fix, and then cleans up the work area completely. Can’t go wrong, highly recommend :-)

Superb work and superb customer service. Always great communication, when he says he'll be there he is, on time, always prepared, and the 5 or 6 times I've used their services result is perfect. This time, he came with only one nights notice to fix a leaky pipe and leaky faucet at my Mother's house first thing 8am in the morning. You can't go wrong with him, just make sure you get a couple of his business cards, you'll be doing your friends a favour.

Calvin from Hoerner came by, very polite, well spoken, and very knowledgeable regarding the 70 year old radiator that needed to be removed and capped. Did the job efficiently, checked everything, and was very helpful in providing next steps in terms of selecting the proper slimline radiator we'll need to replace it. Excellent, professional service, Calvin was a consummate professional and look forward to having him back to finish the install.

Absolutely stellar service. The fridge water line install went quickly and smoothly, owner showed up on time, very professional. Big project to replace old lead pipes and install new copper water line. Was on-time, very polite crew, done perfectly.
