Hi there, I am so sad and angry that with two degrees earned in science and education I was so stupid to think everyone is as honest as I am, not knowing that in our great Canada , it is possible , under our noses , to victumize many innocent and hardworking families as easy as this. I have paid the deposit of $1000.00, they cashed my money right away but now I ask about the cancellation policy or refund or exchange , when my furniture arrives , what if something is wrong and any of my questions been answered .It seems that they got my money and don't care about anything else. Marley is rude , pushy , making up stories in no time , she even tells you what you never wanted or said!, never met anyone so dishonest and manipulative. I am trying to contact as many people as possible to make a group effort to put an end into this kind of behavior. I know that they are not member of Business Bureau and it is hard to trace their dirty steps but hopefully this will be the final act for these con artists, Marley and Henry Gaw. Please reply if you are interested to help me in this. As a very hard working educator I think there is more than my personal interest in this , it has become my goal to inform the public in a greater volume when a wolf is in a sheep custume prowling around. I am sorry to hear that you are upset about your sofa purchase. The Cancellation policy is by the cash desk which is visible at the point of sale. Your sofa order is due to arrive within the agreed upon time period. I hope once you receive your order you will no longer feel this way.
