After seeing all the great reviews, I thought Appleseed would be a no-brainer. Unfortunately, over the ENTIRE season, I had to call the company to come and clean out my driveway since it was never done. One week I left for a vacation and found that my driveway had never been cleaned and there was a foot of snow! Every time I called they would assure me that someone was on the way, but often they would pass late in the evening after I had already come home from work. I was very unhappy with this service and will certainly not be recommending them to anyone.

I don't normally respond negatively to reviews as every one of them good or bad help us improve.
Im really surprised at this review.? I have checked all past call logs and emails and have yet to find a serious complaint from this person.
When someone waits 'until the NEXT season to file a complaint...I really must question the integrity and merit of the persons re iew and complaint.
Had this person addressed this with me LAST season then most of her issues could have been addressed.
Just saying.
