I had accidently walked into BMG (Vaughan) originally browsing for granite slabs for my kitchen. As soon as I walked in, Agostino didn't hesitate to offer his help. He didn't know at the time, that I would have been a customer, yet he took the time to explain, offered suggestions, showed me some slabs he had and the work he had done. As I was leaving I knew that I would end up doing business there. I know customer service when I see it! I went with black titanium for my kitchen counter and island and decided the next day to also do marble in my 2 bathrooms and purchased 2 sinks, all which he had in stock. The installers took the time to measure beforehand and did an excellent job at installation. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again for future renos abd upgrades.
