I'm in the real estate profession and Jay was referred to me by a client. We were looking for an entertainment system (TV, speakers etc..) that was good quality, affordable and most importantly easy to use. Jay was amazing! He got back to me right way after I initially contacted him. He came out to assess our needs and recommend a system that would work for us. He asked us a lot of questions and didn't try to sell us the most expensive system. He was focused on matching the entertainment system to our lifestyle and specific needs. I really respect that as it demonstrates integrity and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. He was organized, efficient, professional and extremely helpful. What most impressed me was the follow-up service. As with any new system we had a couple of minor issues and Jay answered our e-mails right away (even while on holidays) to help us quickly resolve it. He also came back out to the house free of charge to adjust one item. There are many providers of entertainment systems but not everyone has the patience, expertise, friendly disposition and strong work ethic that Jay does.
