I got approximately 5 quotes and chose Spiros, not necessarily because his price was competitive,, but because of his professionalismn and knowledge. When it came time for the job to be done, his crew was very courteous and ensured any personal belongings were removed so as not to get damaged. The job was done in one day as promised, where the crew cleaned up by sweeping not only the deck but the property. A few weeks later I called Spiros when we had heavy rain as I noticed a "waterfall" from the 2nd floor bedroom. Spiros came the next day to add a piece of flashing which solved my problem. My roof looks great and I will and have recommended Spiros to my daughter and friends.
