Sean was very professional, always being fast to reply to messages and any questions I had. He also took great care while removing the old heat pump and installing the new one. Early last year my condo heat pump failed. I called around to get some quotes on getting the machine replaced or repaired. Most companies quoted me only for repair, but Sean offered to come and do an inspection of the heat pump. He explained to me exactly what was wrong with my heat pump and gave me quotes for both replacement and repair but advised replacement explaining that it would likely fail again if repaired. I was glad that he explained that to me and I opted for replacement. I was very happy with the installation Sean did for me and with the price he charged.
