We recently found that we had damaged shingles as a result of a corner of our 2nd floor eavestrough leaking onto a portion of the roof on the level below. I was e-mailed the pictures and quote within a day of the assessment and even spoke to the roofer to discuss other miscellaneous work while he was up on the roof. As well as completing the requested work, the roofer took the opportunity to check for other problems and identified a spot where the flashing had pulled away and reattached it.
