An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hi Susan, Thank you for the pictures of our job. I currently am unable to climb the roof, so I truly appreciate them. I have already commented to my wife, Christina, on two or three occasions on how pleasant our entire experience has been in dealing with your organization. From the gentleman who came out to estimate the job, whose honesty, integrity and knowledge of the product was very apparent during our interaction. He did not attempt to upsell me even when I inquired about higher end products. That made us feel very comfortable in choosing your organization for this work. The informative materials that he left regarding the different products and biography on your company was top notch. The estimate came in on time as promised, and the pricing was very competitive. The installation occurred as scheduled as per our request on a Friday. The installer who performed the work was very knowledgeable, conscientious and polite, and took the time on the phone with me to answer some questions. Finally, this follow up email with pictures is just the final touch on an experience that has thankfully made us aware of what it is like to deal with a truly professional organization.
