I am very happy with Milan and Renocon. We needed our rental condo updated for sale. Milan suggested removing the carpet, laying grey laminate, new trim and baseboards, white walls and light fixtures. It looks great! Best of all, it was easy, as Renocon has all the tradesmen and you do not have to deal separately with each one. Great job! Done on time and in budget. Heather
