Definitely worth it. I had a pre-purchase inspection done on a 100yr old home and the service Michael provided was prompt and professional from start to end. Booking the inspection was easy and efficient. Michael arrived on time as scheduled, and was extremely thorough and knowledgeable - important for a home of over 100yrs! His patience and methodical approach combining technology and timeless know-how over a span of ~3hrs was exactly what I wanted. He answered and explained things very clearly, even suggested low vs high cost options for fixes which I really appreciated. He summarized the inspection in a comprehensive report which he sent to me just a couple hours after he finished the inspection!
