After I had a very bad experience with another duct cleaning company I am very happy with the job that Ottawa duct cleaning did. I originally wanted to hire them to clean our ducts but they were booked a month ahead and I wanted the cleaning done before we were moving to a new house. After the other company came, the guys from Ottawa Duct Cleaning saw my review of the other company in Home Starts and contacted me. They booked my appointment a week before and came on time. They were extremely efficient and courteous. They opened every return vent to clean it, which the other company did not do. Once they finish, they showed me pictures of the ducts and showed me how much debris was in their big vacuum (they were able to do it since I was the first customer after they clean their vacuum over the weekend). I would definitely recommend them not only for their good work but for being so understanding of other people's situation.

I was unable to provide you with our services initially because of time restraint and you called upon another duct company and experienced some difficulties with the service.
