This was NOT a good experience. We had a written quote but the movers then attempted to extort more dollars from us before they would unload the furniture from the truck. The representation was that there would be no hidden fees but then of course there were - including "administration costs" previously not mentioned. There was also a demand for cash although the company had told us that they took major credit cards. Apparently they don't. My advice would be to keep shopping, these are not reputable movers.
