Dave, the owner, came quickly and assessed the situation and gave me a reasonable quote that I was happy with. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous and understood my concerns . I quickly felt he would deal with the situation with his competent crew and I felt relief. His team that worked on my skylight were very respectful, quick and clean and answered all my questions very professionally. There was an added issue of a misjoined area on the inside and not due to the work of his team replacing the skylight. Dave offered, above and beyond, to return and caulk the area so I would have no worries. Amazing! His commitment to customer service is paramount and you do not receive that all the time. I would not hesitate to recommend his company for any roofing jobs.
