I was struggling with an intermittent water leak that was filling the mugs in my kitchen cupboard shortly after heavy rain. I had another contractor inspect the roof and seals, and they reported nothing to fix, but the leak continued. Contacted Mr.Roof Repair (Juffs actually) based on the good reviews. They had someone on my roof within 2 days, who identified some seepage in the chimney flashing, replaced a roof vent, and reported on a repair that could wait till next year. I was provided with photos. The whole repair was done within the 1 hour minimum time, the leak is gone. I will be scheduling the additional repair next spring. I am glad to find a company that I can trust to be thorough.
