Bought a roll of carpet runner and an area carpet on a Saturday. The carpet was a little too small, tried to exchange but they are not open Sundays or any evenings. When I went in the following Saturday I was told by a very rude salesperson that carpet could only be exchanged within 24 hours. When I told him they were closed the next day he replied with that's the policy. It's not my policy. I was just trying to exchange for a larger carpet and was going to pay the difference. The sale man wouldn't even get out of his chair or turn around to talk. No wonder the parking lot was empty and there were no customers. Seems foolish because the carpet only cost $125 and I was trying to purchase a more expensive carpet. i don't really care about this small $ value carpet purchase, but know enough now not to purchase any other flooring from this store,
