We are extremely disappointed with this companys quality of work and customer service. We had our driveway paved with asphalt with this company in October 2012. Literally less than 3 months went by and we contacted Carlo, the Owner, who is full of excuses and empty promises about how our driveway is cracked and it dips like its 20 years old already. He came once to take a look and he agreed that he would come at the end of the season to take care of it for us. But he didnt show up. In October 2013 he said its too late to do your asphalt now, he promised to complete it 1st thing of april 2014. He didnt show up again. He began ignoring his calls and basically avoided us until we contacted him through a different phone number and we warned him that we would post a review about his actions and poor workmanship on our driveway, but asked us not to post the bad review because he assured us he would come back by september to complete the work. It is now October 2014 and he is once again ignoring his phone calls and refused to return his voicemails. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR/COMPANY CARLO/ENZO TO ANYONE. We Have paid for a driveway that looks terrible. I will add photos by tomorrow. This is what your driveway will look like after 2 months of the work. The worst contractors around.
