Initial review: I found Frank to be a man of his word who returned calls and emails promptly and delivered on a great looking driveway within the timelines he estimated. It was a positive experience. UPDATED review: BEWARE of this company if you have concerns about the results within the 1 year warranty period. My efforts to get Frank to respond to email and texts were unsuccessful. I was able to reach him on the phone 9 days after receiving no response to my contact attempt through HomeStars. He didn't acknowledge my email, told me that cracks should reseal themselves in hot weather (meanwhile we just experienced 3 straight days of 30 degree weather and the crack in the middle of the driveway did not disappear). He said to send a text with the photo of the crack. I did. No response from Frank. I sent a follow up text 3 days later....No response. 4 days after that, still no response. So, BEWARE. My experience with this company started of good but there was ZERO customer service or help in the face of a problem after the work was done and within the 1 year warranty period.

Sorry you feel that way but I feel that you are misdirected and you changed with homestars originally it was a 9 now a 2.
I was out of country which was specified on my voicemail but you did not notice probably and second I did not receive any pictures. Hair line cracks are not our fault because of subsoil underneath that could be moving by direct result of frost. Warranty is for heaving or cracking for lack of base and asphalt on your driveway. That is pretty standard across the board because all scope of work was done right and it was cause by force of nature which is not our fault. It could also be caused by root systems underneath which is also not our fault so I would call other companies and ask same thing. We are sorry for your inconvenience but we are a serious company and we stand by our work. Canada's winters are pretty harsh and we have no control sometimes because nature beats us all the time. We purchased City Spec material and abide by the scope of work needed to do a proper driveway. Please contact me if you have any questions and deal with the problem you have.
