extremely personable, quite knowledgable. once Keith arrived got right to work. any issues that arose, i was informed of immediately and i was given suggestions to fix or replace the issue. he gave me tips and pointers for maintenance in between services as well. i am 100% satisfied with this company and i have no problems recommending them to all my friends and family.
