My mother called me in regards to loud sounds in her attic she was hearing. She wanted me to call the city for her to have whatever it was removed. After finding out the city doesn't do this, they directed me to the web or phone book. So I looked on line and researched 4 different companies that specialized in this trade. I found all wildlife to have no bad write ups, so I called to ask for service. After looking in my parents attic, they found mice trails, which we all knew since I was a youngster. My dad had always hired pest control or did his own methods, but after seeing videos of the attic, we had no clue they had done so much damage to the attic. Quote was high, not going to say Id imagine a mouse and raccoon could cost so much. We shopped around and no one really offered mice and raccoon removal with a guarantee. I also found out at this point animal removal is expensive regardless who you call. We decided it was the only option to call mr Paul Stevens back and booked in our job. That was two years ago, and I've referred him to co-workers and friends, and have never heard one complaint from any of them. Nothing about staff was anything but respectful and polite.
