Removal of sand in sump pump wells
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. We had sand that was accumulated in our sump pump wells. This caused the primary sump pump to stop working. I called a few companies, I was told that they didn't offer the service of sand removal. I called Drain Rescue, when Terry came to analyze the problem, he told me that they normally did not offer this service, but after seeing how much sand there was. he said he would come back and do the job. I called Drain Rescue to schedule Terry. Terry was a professional, I was there watching him do the work. He removed one sump pump from each well so he could have space for his hand to remove all the sand from the well. He re-installed the sump pumps, tested them all to make sure they were all working properly. There was one that was difficult to get it to work, but Terry was determined to fix it and he did. I'm very thankful that all sump pumps are now running properly. As a home owner I can breathe easier, one less thing to worry about. Thank you, Terry for coming back to get the job done.
