We reached out to Mannion Petroleum (owner answered his phone on a cold Sunday morning in March, let me start there!) when we discovered an oil leak from an abandoned oil tank on our property. What a nightmare... Owner led us through the process calmly, professionally, and with empathy for our unfortunate circumstance. He demonstrated extensive experience and knowledge with the issue, and the remedy. As a project manager, he scoped the work, hired the subcontractors, and managed the project like a rockstar. Work was done on time, on scope and on budget. Amazing! Highly recommend him, and sorry if you ever find yourself in this same unfortunate situation.

Tom was great right from the first call... friendly and professional, and flexible with a visit for the estimate. His quote was extremely reasonable. His flexibility, again, with scheduling the work was much appreciated, working around our needs. In the end, he finished in one day (vs. estimated two). His painting is good quality; he make a good call with sanding the surfaces, managing to cover the really bad previous paint job, with dips and all. Thanks Tom, we'd definitely hire you again and highly recommend you to others. I found Tom on Homestars, and read positive feedback from others. He wasn't Number 1 but often those companies are too busy for small or fast turnaround jobs. We are really glad we wrote to Tom, and you will be too, I have no doubt!
