Working with River Valley Final Grading was extremely easy from start to finish. Their sales team provided me with an estimate within 1 day. River Valley took care of all of the required steps (surveying, provided topsoil, spreading, levelling, certificate fee, engineering approval) to have our home approved by the City for final grade without us having to lift a finger. Not to mention they were the best priced company based on my research. I would recommend River Valley Final Grading to anyone without hesitation!
