We were considering a tankless water heater. Because we've known Richard and his family for several years, I felt comfortable calling him for advice and a quote. While he was on site, Richard offered to check our furnace and found a cracked heat exchanger, and since the A/C was the same vintage (21 years) and not working that well, we decided to replace everything. Richard very patiently took us through the choices of equipment and explained the rebates that were available. Two days later, the job was completed, with absolutely no mess left behind. The floor was actually cleaner than when they started. The new A/C is surprisingly quiet, we have endless hot water, and the improved air circulation from the new furnace is amazing.
