An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I met with Alex several months ago and his quote for my front entry door was reasonable and I chose him over 7 other companies. His crew arrived here in my home last week and was very professional. Their attention to detail was outstanding. I am overall pleased with the installation, however, I am not pleased with the neatness of the outside caulking all the way around the door. It is very sloppy and really takes away from the beauty of the door. If there is any possibility of re-caulking, I would appreciate it.
