I had the absolutely pleasure of working with Rick while he did a home inspection on a condo I am purchasing. Not only was he timely, he was exceptionally professional and he explained things to me very well thought out and thorough. I appreciate the review Jodie. The apartment style condos are much faster to inspect & report on than a detached house, but just as important. Many real estate agents advise their clients that a home inspection is not necessary on a condominium, but In my experience it is money well spent. Since the roof, exterior & mechanical room are the responsibility of the condo association they are not inspected, this helps to keep the inspection fee quite low. I always recommend a condo document inspection (by others) to address the items/areas which are not inspected.
