We purchased the Alliance model at a Kitchener Spa Expo in May 2014. We dealth with Chad W. and Dave R. I was very short on time when I arrived and they were very pleasant in dealing with me. I have been nothing but please with my Spa. When I had an issue with one of my Air Caps not working properly I came into the store and dealt with Chad W. again and he replaced the cap immediately for me without any questions. I have been nothing but satisfied with the excellent product and service. MT
