My Tribute home is 10 years old. We have needed to fix electrical and plumbing due to shoddy workmanship. Our bathroom even had electrical wiring inside the shower! Screws made inside plumbing. We even had 2 rooms not hooked up to the HVAC, so they never finished the HVAC hook up. I would never recommend Tribute because they do not stand behind their product.
