We always use another home inspection company whenever we purchase a new home, however, after reading the incredible reviews on Rick, we thought we would give him a try, and we are sure glad we did. Rick is very professional, honest, and extremely thorough. He arrived at the home before we did. He spent 3.5 hours with us reviewing every inch of the house. He was extremely patient and took time to answer our questions. At the end of the inspection we had a thorough understanding of what issues needed to be addressed and the nuances of the house (including where all the important turn off valves were located in the house). The inspection report in and of itself is very detailed and outlines everything that he reviewed with us and then some. Our only regret is that we didn't find him sooner! Thanks Rick
