I had some windows installed by Consumers Choice in September and found the entire process to be exactly what sales rep described to me. The re-measure and installation was done in the time frame as explained by Tony and even though we had to reschedule one day due to bad weather the work was well worth the wait. We didn't have any surprises with the time line or the installation - I am very pleased about that. I have recommended Consumers Choice to family and friends, and look forward to working with them again. Christina
