I had no hot water and low pressure - although Reliance told me the wrong day for the appointment the second operator I spoke to dispatched someone right away. When Chad McDaid came he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it very quickly. He was knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything in detail for me to understand. Thank you for your great service - also thank you to the second operator I spoke to who dispatched someone to come right away. Sorry I don't remember your name!
