Sunrise Roofing was excellent in every facet of having our roofs shingled. Bill Onion, owner, arrived promptly at the agreed time to do the price estimate. He demonstrated good knowledge of the building code and described in detail the work that would be required including venting, replacement of unsound sheathing, roof membrane, drip edge, valley, chimney and vent pipe flashing. The quote that he provided was competitive with the two others, but he volunteered that if the job took less time than he had included in the quote, that cost would be deducted from the final price. Fortunately, no sheathing was replaced and the job was finished in one full day less than that included in the quote. The entire work crew was on the job early in the morning and worked full days. They kept the site remarkably tidy and did a thorough job of cleaning up when the job was finished. Their attention to detail resulted in a first class finished job. I would recommend this company to anyone contemplating having their roof shingled.
