Carmel is a family owned and run business. Great guys to work with and they produce quality products. They will help work with your design and needs. Just be sure to communicate very clearly what you want, specifically ask about extra charges/costs and always deal with the same person throughout the job...otherwise messages get crossed and mistakes happen. However, to give them credit, they did come through and fix things up with us. Overall, we're satisfied with the final product.

Faye was wonderful to work with. She was very professional, helpful and informative, both in her store and during her consultation at our home. Our window shades came in exactly as she promised. Faye was also considerate to follow up with us after the shades were installed to make sure we were satisfied with our order. I'll definitely return to The Drapery Shop for future window dressing needs.
