An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
This is in response to your invitation to comment on your companies performance in supplying and installing new soffits,fascia and eavestroughing on our house in late March. In a word, your service was excellent. The staffer who set up the appointments, the estimator P.G. and the installers were all very professional. It snowed on their second day, Friday and they worked on Saturday instead of putting it off until Monday; I felt that showed dedication to getting the job done promptly. Moreover, the quality of their work was top notch. I shall have no hesitation in again recommending Avenue Road Roofing to others as I have done in the past.
