Trouble shooting hot water mixing in cold
Michael was able to accommodate our schedule and arrived early! He was extremely personable and I felt very comfortable having him in my home with my little kids underfoot. We explained the problem, and I expected to see the same look of "not knowing where to start" that I got from another plumber. But instead he did some trouble shooting and within 15 minutes was able to isolate and solve the problem! He also took the time to explain everything. He was extremely professional, courteous and respectful to our home (love those shoe-covers!). My family can now safely use the cold water without the fear of getting burned. Thank you Water Works!
