My wife and I purchased hardwood flooring for the living room dinning room and family room in November 2008. They sent a person in to measure the rooms and give us a quote total cost was about 6000.00 fine. The person who came and to install it did a great job putting it in but ran out of wood? they qoute was wrong and we needed another box at 350.00 fine. 6 months later the wood as started to crack when I went back I was told that I needed my proof of purchase that I can't find, I asked Kiran if she could look it up on file and she said "it's not my job to look stuff like that up if you can't find your recite that's your problem" so my floors are not warranted anymore cause I can't find the reite and she said yes. then she went on to say that my cracking of the wood is due to water problems on my floor. I would never recommed this company to anyone
