Rick was able to accommodate my busy schedule....he located and fixed the problem right away. I'm so happy I don't have to buy a new dishwasher...Rick also gave me advice on the best settings for washing. Thank you, again, Rick, for your help!

Rick came within 2 days for a leaking dishwasher. He was very friendly and was able to determine the reason for the leak. He had brought the correct motor to be replaced and was out in an hour.
