I have recently finished a complete reno on my basement and I had a prefabbed base in the bathroom and I wanted a frameless glass enclosure around three sides of the shower, with a handle and chrome hinges. After researching several glass door companies in the GTA area, I received quotes on this specific job. Prices came in all over the map even for people that were word of mouth referrals. I discovered doors and more as I saw their company van's driving around and figured I would receive a quote from them too. After I agreed to use them for the job, the materials were delivered and installed within 3 weeks. Which I think is excellent turnaround time. Installation took only a few hours and was very quick and painless. However, upon final inspection I noticed that the prefabbed base was slightly scratched and damaged. It was a brand new base and while I had other contractors coming in and out of the bathroom I was fairly certain that the scratch was not there before Doors and More started. So I called up Frank and explained the situation. Without hesitation, Frank sent a repair person to fix the scratch within 48 hours of me calling. My shower enclosure now looks FANTASTIC and the base looks brand new! Much thanks to Frank and the crew at Doors and More for the excellent service!
