I booked a 6:30pm move from my one bedroom plus apartment to a large storage unit. I had actually booked it for the previous day but changed it about 48 hours beforehand without a problem due to the elevator booking at my condo. On the day of the move, someone from the company called me to see if I would move my appointment up to 3:00 since they had finished their morning job much earlier than expected. I was unable to change the time of my move due to the booking schedule of my condo elevator. They understood completely - I felt no undue pressure to move the time. Nate and Andrew showed up early and did not start their clock until the designated time. They were friendly and enthusiastic. They were well prepared (with special boxes for my hanging clothes) and organized, and were more than happy to move my boxes out in a particular order that I had planned beforehand. While they moved quickly, they still took the care to provide me with options on how to move my various larger pieces of furniture, and the time to do the job properly (shrink wrapping etc.). While on the one hand they were casual and easy going to deal with, they executed the move very professionally and efficiently. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
