Keith provided excellent service for my furnace repair and cleaning. He returned emails promptly, arrived early, was clear about how long everything would take and what he was able to do. He provided good advice about the furnace for maintenance and to prolong it's lifespan. He worked very hard and when he was finished provided a detailed report on my furnace. He also showed me a video of the repairs. Keith was very professional; I would call him again and recommend him to friends.
